• Engineered a Fact Constellation (Galaxy) Schema to accommodate multiple fact tables and shared dimensions for cross-process analysis
• Implemented SCD Type 2 logic to maintain accurate historical records of customer plan changes and demographic shifts
• Developed a custom Java-based ETL pipeline with incremental loading and batch processing to optimize throughput and system stability
• Constructed specialized Data Marts for Churn, Network Usage, and Finance to accelerate high-frequency query performance
• Designed interactive Power BI dashboards using complex DAX measures to calculate critical KPIs like ARPU and churn trends
